What personal data I collect and why I collect it
Contact forms
If you use the contact form on my website to get in touch, your name, email address, telephone number and message will be emailed to me at jo@jodoverconsulting.com. Your data will only be viewed and stored by myself. Should we work together, your data will be stored on my system up until 1 year after our contract is terminated. If we do not work together after making contact, I will store your data for up to 6 months unless you request for it to be deleted before then.
Cookies
When you visit this site, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
If you complete the contact form on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again should you need to complete the contact form at another time. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics
My website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). To provide website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics, Google have developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js).

The Google Analytics opt-out add-on is designed to be compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox and Opera. Social Media
If you share my content through social media, for example by liking me on Facebook, following or tweeting about me on Twitter, or giving me a ‘+1’ via Google Plus, those social networks will record that you have done so and may set a cookie for this purpose.
In some cases, where a page on my website includes content from a social network, such as a Twitter feed, or Facebook comments box, those services may set a cookie even where you do not click a button. As is the case for all cookies, we cannot access those set by social networks, just as those social networks cannot access cookies we set ourselves.
